hereby agree to have fully read and understood the Terms

active account is allowed per player, per family, per
computer, per address and per credit card, unless by
prior agreement by the Casino management. Winnings will
only be paid to players having ONE account. If the player
has more than one account, all winnings will be void
and the accounts closed.

Baccarat,
Craps, Roulette, Pontoon 21 do not qualify towards wagering
requirements of any our promotions. If at any time you
play any of these games winnings will be void and deposit
wil be returned.

Bonuses
for specific games cannot be used on any other game before
wagering requirements are completed. If money is used
on a different game(s) than the once it was meant to
be used money could be voided.

cases where a promotion or a free bonus, is open to be
used on different games, the highest wagering requirement
(based on the games that were used), will be applied
in order to cash out.

Unless

you deposited with a credit card you will need to have
an authorization form with the signed transaction sheet
on file in order to request a cash out.

Any
amount exceeding the maximum cash out of a promotion
will be removed from the account by management.

cases when the account has a positive balance (any amount
over $0), a cash out must be requested before a new deposit
is entered. Any winnings made while the account had a
positive balance will be forfeited and the deposit will

are not entitled to accumulate slots bonus points (such
as the Frozen Assests Snowflake Bonus and the Diamond
Mine Deluxe Bonus) off of any type of casino promotional
money/comps with the intention of hitting the previously
acquired win with a deposit with no bonus or a no maximum
cashout bonus.. Such wins will be considered null and
void and will be removed from the player's account, and
their deposit returned.

over 30% & fully cashable are only for players who
have cashed out less than 75% of their total deposits.

deposits via NETeller, Firepay or Citaldel are entitled
to receive a 20% bonus. However is the deposit is combined
with a coupon code, only a 5% will be credited.

must request a bonus prior to playing your deposit. If
a client requests a bonus after playing on their deposit
they will run the risk of missing out on the special.
If a client repeatedly requests bonuses after having
played on their deposits, the most they will be entitled
to cash out is ten times the last deposit amount made.
