Promotion Rules

Unless Wild Vegas Casino makes a particular specification, a player understands that all promotional bonuses cannot be cashed out of the casino. All the money in a player’s account proceeding from promotional bonuses will be removed at the point of withdrawal, promotional bonuses are meant to add to play and a player may take advantage of it to generate winnings but it cannot be cashed out as part of the winnings. The casino will deduct the bonus from the winnings but will not at any point return the money to the player’s account.

In order to claim a bonus, the player must proceed to liberate such bonus prior to making any bets with their deposit. If a player overlooks this requirement and places bets with their deposit before redeeming the bonus, then such player looses their right to any promotion that could have been granted to that deposit. In the event that the bonus does not redeem for whatever reason, the responsibility to contact Customer Support and ask for help rests only on the player.

Combinations of any type of promotions are not allowed. If this event was ever to occur all winnings will be forfeited. If a player is in possession of extra coupons, such cannot be cashed in for if there is a balance or pending cash-out, unless it has been formerly approved by administrators.

If a player collects winnings from a promotion that was never entitled for them, such winnings are forfeited and the player is refunded their original deposit.

If a player collects winnings from Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, Pontoon 21, War, Sic Bo and Pai Gow Poker while wagering with a promotional bonus such winnings will be forfeited, unless it has been stated otherwise.

If a promotional bonus is allowed for use on distinct games, please take into account that in such case the highest wagering requirement will be applied to be able to cash out.

Playthrough Conditions: Wild Vegas Casino bases wagering on the quantity deposited plus the quantity of the promotional bonus redeemed.

E.g. If a player deposits $50 into the casino and redeems a 100% bonus that requires a 10X playthrough, this means that in order to request a withdrawal the player must first wager the quantity deposited ($50) and the quantity of the bonus ($50) 10X. This player must wager $100 X 10 = $1,000.00 to be eligible to request a withdrawal from the casino.

Maximum Withdrawal: The maximum amount that a player can withdraw from the casino is based exclusively on the deposited amount.

At the moment of withdrawal, the quantity of the bonus that was liberated by the player will be taken away from the total quantity that is to be withdrawn (for example, if a player redeemed a $100 bonus and withdraws $1000, the quantity that the player will receive will be $900).

If a player has a pending withdrawal they are not eligible to redeem and/or ask for any free chips, comp points or cash-backs. Even after the approval of the withdrawal, a player is unable to accumulate or claim the above mentioned promotions.

It is the casino’s right to change or cancel a promotion without notifying the players beforehand.

Revoked withdrawals, aka “reversals” will not, in any case, count for any bonus. The only exceptions allowed are when casino administrators, with the player’s approval, allow the payout and re-deposit the funds back into the player’s account. Please take into account that all comp points accumulated while a player is wagering on a re-deposit will be annulled.

If there is surplus money subsequent to having fulfilled the maximum cash out on a coupon, such exceeding money will be eliminated regardless if the withdrawal has been processed or not. This surplus money cannot be exploited in a combination of any other promotion nor be used to attempt to gather extra comp points.

Free Chip and ‘No Play No Max’ bonus Rules

Players from Australia, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Africa, Belgium, Poland, Israel, Czech and Slovak republics, Bulgaria, all countries of the former Yugoslavia, all countries of the former U.S.S.R, Netherlands, Austria, China, Portugal, Mexico, France, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom and Ireland, all of Central and South America may not cash out from free chip offers if they have not previously deposited. These players may par-take of said free chips for amusement purposes only.

Unless specified otherwise by casino administrators, all welcome bonuses are restricted to one per player, per family, per computer, per address.

Multiple bonuses can only be redeemed if a real money deposit has been made in between them. Free chip offers are meant only for our regular loyal players and unless otherwise stated in order to cash out on a free chip offer you should have an active depositing account. If a player is offered one deposit bonus after the other, a real money deposit must be made in between so that such player is eligible to redeem both bonuses.

It is the casino administrators right to terminate or refuse promotions to players at any time.

Any player who collects winning from a free promotional bonus that was not entitled for them will have such winnings forfeited.

Due to smaller amounts and processing fees, Wild Vegas Casino will only process cash-out requests that come from free chip play through the following online electronic payment methods i.e.: eWalletXpress, Click2pay, Neteller, Moneybookers, or QuickTender. 

No free chips allowed for slot tournaments unless stated otherwise. 

Wild Vegas Casino only awards one free chip per deposit, if a player is to accumulate winnings from multiple free chips in between deposits, such winning will be forfeited. This means that if a player is awarded two free chips in a row, without a deposit being made in between the two, such player is not eligible to withdraw the winnings resulting from those free chips.

The maximum cash-out for all free chips is 1X, unless otherwise stated. All free chips valued at or below $100 will come with a cash-out limit of no more than, nor less than, $100.

 All free chips have a minimum wagering requirement of 30X the bonus quantity for the following games: Slots, Keno, Bonus Bingo and Scratch Cards.  However, for all other allowed games (excluding the ones mentioned above) the minimum wagering requirement is 60X the bonus quantity.

If a player desires to claim a promotion, that is not a deposit bonus; their account balance must be below $5.00.

If a player wants to claim cashback and insurance promotions, such player must claim them instantly after having lost their account balance.

All players who reside in the UK, Greece, Poland, Sweden, Australia, Germany and Denmark who wish to redeem bonuses will have a x120 wagering requirement on all Blackjack games.

If the player plays any games other than the allowed games as indicated on the coupon, winnings will be annulled.

If a player’s winnings exceed the max cash-out amount, such winnings will be eliminated at the time of withdrawal. Please not that no further amount will be paid out.

There is a 120X wagering requirement on all Blackjack games for all players from the United Kingdom who attempt to redeem bonuses.

A player whose cash-outs are below the amount of their lifetime deposits into the casino is entitled to using our “No play no Max” promotion.

All types of Blackjack, Roulette, Pai Gow, War, Baccarat, Craps and Video Poker cannot use “no play no max” coupons. If a player was to use a “no play no max” coupon on these games, the winnings resulting from their wagering will be forfeited.

All types of Roulette, Pai Gow, War, Baccarat, Sic BO, Pontton21 and Craps do not count for any wagering requirements.

Cashback / Insurance

If a player desires to request the cashback and insurance bonus they must have no pending withdrawals and their account balance must be zero.

Insurance bonuses cannot be accumulated by players, unless it has been stated otherwise.

A player at this casino cannot accumulate the insurance on any promotions; if a player redeems a bonus which offers insurance, such insurance has to be used before the player makes another deposit.

The maximum cash-out for all insurance bonuses is 1X based on the original deposit and a 30X wagering requirement on Slots, Keno, Bonus Bingo and Scratch Cards. However, for all other allowed games (excluding the ones mentioned above) the maximum cash-out for all insurance bonuses is 1X based on the original deposit and a 60X wagering requirement.

The Monthly Insurance Bonus has special regulations depending on the Player Status. The maximum cash-out is the amount of the insurance itself.

 The Monthly Insurance Bonus only applies to real deposits and it will not be applied to any re-deposits.

Comp Points

If a player is using free chips or previous comp points, they are not eligible to accumulate new Comp Points.

The minimum amount of Comp Points that a player may redeem are 100.

A player may ONLY be credited with comp points if their account balance is zero and there are no pending cash outs on their account.

Comp Point Value: 1 Comp Point = $1.00.

With the only exception of the restricted games mentioned above, the wagering requirement on all comp points is x30 on Slots, Keno, Bonus Bingo and Scratch Cards and x60 on all other allowed games.

Maximum Cash-Out on Comp Points is the value of the Comp Points itself, unless otherwise stated.
