The Chinese domino game, Pai Gow, was the inspiration for the online casino game Pai Gow Poker or Double-Hand Poker. In Pai Gow Poker, from a 53-card deck, which includes the Joker, players get 7 cards each. Two hands are formed from the seven cards that are dealt, consisting of a hand of five and two cards. In the situation that you win a hand and lose the other, you can push and that makes nobody a winner. The dealer gets to win the tie for a hand if you get a copy (tie) on both hands.
